First time at one of Bill's restaurants and pleasantly surprised. Nice interiors and food above average. Very attentive service, not surprising when they bang 12.5% on the bill at the end.

We were a party of 7 celebrating a birthday. Our waiter was attentive and helpful... the set menu prices were good for the choices. Restaurant has nice styling and ambience except we had very noisy table of about 15-20 near us and was so noisy we had to shout to hear each other (adding to the noise). Even staff were cringing and the shreaks of laughter. Food was decent quality except steak (which was rump and very tough), and fries were overcooked (suspect left cold from earlier and refried), so we're too crispy and fork didn't make a dent in them, they just shattered. Have been here several times and overall it's usually good and all day brunch has good choices, just a bit of a let down this time. Is fairly expensive but luckily they do Blue light discount to help.

This visit was to celebrate a birthday and Father’s Day!Gabby, our waitress, was brilliant- nothing was too much trouble for her and everything was delivered with a big smile.

This place is just absolutely wonderful. The staff are the kindest and most helpful of people. Every dish I have there is delicious. I had a light lunch of calamari and salad side with a glass of Prosecco. I sat outside in the shady sunlight overlooking the beautiful ancient walls of Southampton. It was very therapeutic at a time when I was feeling low. Thank you wonderful Bills Southampton

Sat outside in the fresh air and staff switched on overhead heater which was very welcome. Service was excellent. Food was lovely.

Once again I had a delightful experience at Bill’s Southampton. The staff there always go above and beyond to help customers and they are super efficient. The menu provides excellent choices and the food is superb. I have never had a bad meal there. Presentation, taste and value are all brilliant. Thank you Bill’s and your wonderful staff!

All the staff were on top form, great service ! The food was very good as usual and came in a decent time. Bills has a good ambience which is helped by the excellent staff.

The service was slow and we had to wait ages for one of our dishes and condiments requested were not provided. my previous visits have been better with great service
