Staff were friendly helpful the food was poor I was going to complain but our friends were embarrassed so I didn’t it was cold like it has sat for ages on a side it was pretty old needed a good clean wouldn’t go back wouldn’t recommend they are no where near Covent Garden so that also was annoying booking restaurant in Covent Garden to have to walk 20 mins passing leister square on route is again annoying not what I wanted thank god our friends didn’t moan or complain never again

Service was excellent. Sadly the food was not . Boxing Day curry just didn’t work for flavours. Curry tasted strongly of vinegar also the 2 veg sides . The crispy puff balls had no place on the plate . Very small portion of rice . The sticky Duck is just sweet and vinegar flavour. Burgers were good!

Restaurant was already very festive and beautifully decorated. Lovely service and the server was attentive and helpful. Food was plenty and very tasty.

It was extremely busy and noisy but we were seated at the booked time and the service was quick and friendly. We were a little anxious because we were going to the theatre afterwards but the efficient service meant we were able to complete our visit in good time.

The food was excellent but the service woeful we waited for half an hour to be even offered drinks,I had go and find a waiter to serve us . If you are going to the theater pick somewhere else

Seated promptly.lady was a little brisk to start with,but improved during service. My burger had to be returned,as I wanted well done,which it was when returned.All other meals,perfect. Very busy.

Good food and service at a reasonable price, the tables are a bit tightly packed in though. Would go again when going to a show nearby.

So super impressed with this place and the gluten free offerings! Whilst a lot of restaurants cater well, the bread can be defrosted and just got in to “make do”. Bill’s provided an impressive gluten free sourdough that tasted amazing and the menu in general was comprehensive. Will 100% be back on my next trip to London! Thank you
