Very annoyingly added a Service charge onto the bill without asking first. (There was only 2 of us). Food was average. Great atmosphere, very pleasant. Found it to be a little bit pricey. Staff were polite and friendly. Won't be returning again due to the hidden service charge. (I would have happily tipped if it wasn't for that).

The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were waiting a little while for our drinks and the starters actually came first. Drinks quickly followed but we were one short - this was quickly sorted and we were told that one was on the house! I did not complain and felt this was a welcome gesture. When the bill arrived all the drinks were charged but we had such a good time we did not mention it! That's my only gripe - maybe we should have said something but we felt it was unnecessary to give us a free drink when we were only waiting a few minutes and as soon as the staff knew there was a problem they sorted it. Everything else was perfect. We had calamari to start and the burrata cheese starter was really delicious but a little short on the taco crisps. We had a mix of burgers for mains which were great and the mac and cheese side was also really good. In all i would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Very good all around, the service especially was something of note. The person who greeted us was great and warm, definitely set the evening and experience. Fully recommend. Hope to go back again soon.

The service is polite and friendly. The menu suits many tastes. The food comes quite quickly and is tasty The children's menu is extremely good value.

Excellent ambience at this place. Great staff too! We had the cheese fondue sharer and I, being a bread lover, would have appreciated more bread with this dish. The salad could have done with a light dressing too, to elevate it somewhat. Overall a nice experience though, and will be back.

Quick, friendly service which was impressive when it was clearly a chosen restaurant for people pre-Take That concert. Great cocktails, delicious salads and satisfying desserts. Recommend.
