As always, really friendly and helpful staff. Delicious gluten free food and never made to feel like a bother with my allergy.

Had beef steak sandwich with chips. Steak consisted eatable meet plus gristle that was impossible to cut with the so called steak knife. Consumed what was eatable and left the rest. Manager agreed to deduct £3.00 of the £60 plus bill which of course included 12.5 % gratuity. PS do not go here if you are disable as the toilet are down a narrow passageway with a high step. There is no access for a wheelchair.

This is a fantastic restaurant in lewes we all ways have a good meal never a bad meal and the service was out standing and our server Jess was so helpful we will default come back

After being asked twice if we had any allergies I replied that I did, I am allergic to Chilli. This was completely ignored, and my food was covered in chilli. I was even served a chilli dip! What was the point in the staff asking about allergies? Please don't go to this restaurant if you have food allergies you could end up in hospital.

Superb. The Santorini salad is delicious – I highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and the location is, well, perfect.

Nous avons passé un excellent repas au restaurant Bill's de Lewes. Nous avions choisi en plat principal le steak et l'avions demandé saignant. Malheureusement la viande était sèche et très cuite. Je pense qu'elle avait été préparée trop tôt pendant que nous mangions les entrées. Nous l'avons signalé à la serveuse - adorable - qui a immédiatement lancé une nouvelle commande. La viande qui nous a été servie alors était délicieuse et très bien cuite. Au moment de l'addition, nous avons constaté que les boissons nous avaient été offertes en compensation pour le désagrément. Nous avons trouvé ce geste commercial inattendu très sympathique ! Bravo pour votre accueil et votre considération du client !
