    Nice restaurant spoilt today by some noisy workmen in the restaurant. Otherwise a good meal at a fair price and very good service. They apologised for the noise.

    We’ve been going to Bill’s for a few years and they never disappoint. Good good, good service, good atmosphere, good premises and good location.

    The staff were friendly and welcoming. However they took the wrong order for one of us and we ended up having to pay the extra cost of this. They did not offer a discount for their mistake as we didn’t bother to wait for them to re-cook the originally ordered item as we had already waited a while for the food to be delivered to the table. The mistake was highlighted to the member of staff whom took the order who apologised. They seem to be quite overwhelmed with taking orders and rushing back to seat customers who were entering . The pancakes breakfast were dry and it was tasteless apart from being saved by the syrup. The price point was quite high for what was on offer. The coffee was nice, and the ambience was clean and staff were welcoming. Would not recommend.

    You know what you get with Bill's. It wasn't too busy which helps both the noise and service levels as the shape of the building means it can be impossible to hear in Horsham. Food was pleasant and the service was pleasant - if on the slow side.

    Consistent is the word for Bill's 2nd time at Horsham, great friendly service, and lovely building.

    We enjoyed the evening. Comfortable seating. The meal was very good especially the fisg pie which I had.

    We had a nice time at Bills. We were unfortunately seated by the exit and it was a very cold night. I mentioned it too staff but just got “ it is chilly “. ??
