    We were in a large group and all arrived at different times, but this was no problem for Andrew, who looked after us perfectly. Altogether we spent nearly 5 hours in the restaurant because we enjoyed it so much. The drink kept flowing and the food arrived in a very timely fashion. An extremely enjoyable evening. Thank you!

    We went to Bill’s for my daughter’s 17th birthday. I asked in the notes for them to make a fuss of her and to please not sit us near the loos or in a busy walk way. We were delighted to be not only in the cool conservatory bit, away from the masses, on a hot day, but the only ones in there! Fantastic! The manager chap and young lady who served us couldn’t have been friendlier, more facilitating or kindly. To add the cherry on the top, she received a small pudding with a sparkler in it for her special day. Buttermilk chicken burger, aubergine fritters, Santorini salad and fishfinger brioche bun special were all top drawer. Fabulous on all fronts - well done Bill’s!

    We went for brunch and was shocked at how expensive it was - we really felt ripped off by the drinks prices. I'm really not sure if I'll do that again.

    Excellent food last night at Bill’s in Guildford. Had two starters (calamari and halloumi) and both were excellent with delicious dips. All three main courses were super. Great friendly service too.

    The vaulted basement dining room is pretty, but also acts as an echo chamber. Was hard to hear what was being said from one end of our table of 7 seven people to the other. The shawarma was a poor imitation of proper Middle Eastern food. Best avoided. Not convinced any of the dishes we ate offered good value for money. Service was mixed. Some staff were vibrant, others flat.

    Lovely atmosphere, good staff and excellant food. Had a great time with family and definately recommend. Good food choice, well presented and not too long to wait. Service was very good and staff attentive. Clean yet quirky place with lots of character.

    Lovely restaurant! The atmosphere was nice and staff were very kind and welcoming Expectations on point ! I recommend the meatballs !!
