Poor service, poor food and expensive. To compound it all they then said we'd missed our booking. I won't be returning, which is a shame as it used to be much better.

Great service by Donna and Jessy, nothing was too much trouble. They really worked well as a team and all customers had the same level of service. food was great as well.

We booked as a large group. The waitress looking after us was calm, friendly and nothing was too much from seating us to sorting our bills. Food came out quickly and was delicious.

Food average and formulaic. Notwithstanding the deliberate “aged industrial” patina, the premises seemed tired and in particular the toilets need attention. The staff however were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Great service. Very busy, squashed in and noisy. Food had deteriorated since last visit. Calamari now consisted of mostly breadcrumbs. Portions sizes good.

Holly & the rest of the Gloucester Bill's team were attentive, friendly & efficient. There were 14 of us & Holly was great in allowing us all to pay individually. Great food. Thank you

Great choice of food to suit all tastes. Nice to see a different range of soft drinks too. Service was a tad slow to take our orders, but the food then arrived within a good time frame. Plenty of room on the tables for drinks and accompaniments. A nice place to eat with friends, family or as a couple.
