Really pleased we booked a table as it was busy.Served really quickly and the food also came quick.Gorgeous food and well worth the money for such a lovely meal.

VERY Busy however we were seated quickly, service was prompt by smiling helpful and enthusiastic staff. Drinks and Meals arrived quickly were hot and delicious.

We always go to Bill's as a treat (occasionally) as really love the food and the staff are always lovely and general ambience and experience is really enjoyable. We were up in London this weekend as an end of exams treat and booked into this restaurant. All looked nice etc, like they all do. But, the service was very poor. We had to spend ages looking to get eye contact to order drinks. Was extremley hot and wed really rushed to get there win time so we were super thirsty. We ordered tap water too as were gasping! The waitress just went over and was chatting with another member of staff by the till for ages. I ended up catching her eye but was a good 10minutes. The food was slow, but delicious and then I had to ask for the Bill 3 times, and had to stand up and go and ask someone as i couldnt get anyone's attention. It wasnt busy, quite a few empty tables (3pm). A couple of waiters seemed to be rushing around with food etc but tht was it. Very strange experience, and such a let down, we left feeling a bit miffed, especially considering we paid the additional service charge which was not deserved this time. But i was too embarrassed to actually ask them to remove it, but my son was cross that I hadnt as said you shouldn't have to pay for bad service. Such a shame, never had this before...

The service was very slow. One dish was brought out with halloumi when it should have been chicken. We had to send another meal was sent back because it was cold. But of a kiddies party going on. Wouldn’t go again.

Amazing experience all round. It was very busy at 11am when we arrived, with a queue at the door, but we had a booking and were seated quickly. Within 3 minutes someone had come and taken our order, and our food arrived less than 10 minutes later. All the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, telling my 5 year old that they loved her Disney dress and making her feel really special. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our day even more memorable.
