Es war voll, unsere Reservierung war nicht auf der Liste, nach 20min warten sind wir weg gegangen. Sehr unorganisiert, die Bedienung war nicht nett

Bill's is always one of my first choice in eateries because the ambience is always good, the staff are so friendly, helpful and courteous..The food always delicious and great value for money .

Myself and my niece both coeliacs so the gluten free menu was extensive and when food arrived, was clearly flagged with allergen sticks and so so tasty. Highly recommend and staff were very helpful and clearly trained on gluten free diet

Our waiter was fantastic! Best service we have had in a long while. However the noise from children screaming in the restaurant was so frustrating for us and many other tables. I appreciate that people can enjoy themselves but it’s the responsibility of the manager to politely ask diners to respect others. It was inexcusable behaviour which ruined our lunch. Upstairs was lovely and quiet so wish we had been offered a table there. We had already moved once due to the noise and other tables were having the same issue. It’s such a shame as it’s always a nice restaurant but your team needs to recognise bad behaviour from diners that is disrupting others
