We've been coming here for quite a while. I don't know what the expectations are, having read the somewhat concerning comments from disgruntled diners elsewhere, but the more they complain about the terrible state of the toilets the more I want to go and check! This time was no different. Maybe it's a bizarre selling point to attract the more 'unconventional' customer who takes a pernicious delight in confirming what is already stated elsewhere, but true to form they left a lot to be desired. The prints on the walls don't quite gel with the shredded toilet paper and the puddle on the floor, and the baby changing device looked strangely, well, wrong, but I digress. Well done Bills for keeping the tradition alive (and soap in the elderly dispenser)! Service was excellent, a little patchy, but very quick once the order was taken. Staff empathic (we had our dog with us, but she had been traumatised by the water bus earlier and was well out of sight) and the diner/waiting interaction was genuine and friendly. There's a little evidence of 'shrinkflation' with the food, but the total cost for the three of us was well within expectations. DONT expect sycophantic service or obsequience, and if you are in a hurry take this into consideration, but all in all it's still a 'fun' place to go, and the dog menu a bonus too! Another good 'terrible toilet' experience. I look forward to another visit. Enjoy!

Poor service. Had to ask for water 3 times. Waitress looked like she didn't want to be there. One person's meal did not turn up. We had to ask two different people as the waitress was nowhere to he found. Have been to other Bill's restaurants before bit very disappointed with food quality and service here

After visiting the Shard, I had my birthday meal at one of our fave places to dine Bill’s Clink Street, and so glad I did! Seb and Henni were awesome in making our evening extra special - free bottle of Prosecco for my birthday and superb service too. We’ve been coming to Bill’s for several years now and suffice it to say the food is always sublime! Thanks Bill’s!

I have booked and dined at this location many times but this one is by far the worst experience. 1st during the order of drinks I asked for one to be cancelled and switched before she even put the drinks in as I was going to order it later but she still filled it and i asked that it would be later. She never came back to ask me later if I still wanted it but tried to charge me for it and I didn’t have it. 2. Missing orders and some food was cold. 3. Sides were offered as if it was apart of the meal but they were not and guest felt upset at the deception. 4. Staff didn’t really come and check in or ask if we wanted more drinks or water. Not even offered desserts until after they brought the check all was paid. This was my worst experience at a Bills location

Waiting seemed more interested in drinking coffee and chatting. Food was pretty good though.

Food was great, staff were great, but it was super cold inside the restaurant, the noise levels were extremely high and the table we had barely had space for the plates...
