   The service was quick, attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious. The ambience was good. My only criticism is that the food (burgers) were served on printed paper, which became wet with the juices of the food & sauces. The paper disintegrated snd stuck to the bottom of the burger which meant we inadvertently ate a bit. This wouldn’t be too bad if the paper was plain, but it had a lot of print on it. I only hope the print is not toxic or carcinogenic. Maybe use plain paper or none at all?

   Food was fabulous but service let the overall experience down We had to repeatedly ask for our drinks order

   Lovely restaurant , lovely food BUT waiting staff not so good. We was waiting 30 minutes for a drink after being seated and had to ask for our drink. Food came out about 15 minutes later. Food was lovely tho and I would go back to a bills but probably not this one unless they sorted there staff out as they didn’t seem to have a clue

   Great experience. Food was really good. Staff could be friendlier but thwy were busy so can appreciate it was a busy Saturday evening. Food was the highlight.

   The food was delicious! Only a small thing but I had Prosecco and it was served in wine glasses which was slightly odd but other than that everything was really good

   It was a bit chaotic as there were not enough serving staff to cope with the number of customers. Our drinks had not been brought before the food had been. The mains were rather insubstantial for the price. Won't be rushing back.

   De passage sur Londres, nous cherchions un restaurant pour manger un breakfast typiquement anglais. Celui que nous avons trouvés était parfait, le service impeccable et les plats très bons.

    Food was fabulous - we had breakfast/brunch and it was really good quality. We had an issue with our order being misplaced so we had to wait a long time for the staff to notice and rectify. However, it’s how you deal with problems that delivers satisfied customers who will recommend: Maria and Nelson were excellent and we were very pleased and will return.
