    Poor service. Had to ask for water 3 times. Waitress looked like she didn't want to be there. One person's meal did not turn up. We had to ask two different people as the waitress was nowhere to he found. Have been to other Bill's restaurants before bit very disappointed with food quality and service here

    After visiting the Shard, I had my birthday meal at one of our fave places to dine Bill’s Clink Street, and so glad I did! Seb and Henni were awesome in making our evening extra special - free bottle of Prosecco for my birthday and superb service too. We’ve been coming to Bill’s for several years now and suffice it to say the food is always sublime! Thanks Bill’s!

    I have booked and dined at this location many times but this one is by far the worst experience. 1st during the order of drinks I asked for one to be cancelled and switched before she even put the drinks in as I was going to order it later but she still filled it and i asked that it would be later. She never came back to ask me later if I still wanted it but tried to charge me for it and I didn’t have it. 2. Missing orders and some food was cold. 3. Sides were offered as if it was apart of the meal but they were not and guest felt upset at the deception. 4. Staff didn’t really come and check in or ask if we wanted more drinks or water. Not even offered desserts until after they brought the check all was paid. This was my worst experience at a Bills location

    Food was great, staff were great, but it was super cold inside the restaurant, the noise levels were extremely high and the table we had barely had space for the plates...

    Great value for money with tasty food in a great location. The downside not much space so it feels a bit crammed when busy and a staff member made a comment about my very longgg name, long it might be but it is my name. I thought that was very unprofessional.

    We had the best evening at Bill’s on the Bank Holiday Monday 27th May! The service was excellent from Maria the manager and all our servers, the food was sublime, and our desserts were extra special - we mentioned to Maria that when we came to Bill’s for Valentines we loved the added touch of the lovehearts sprinkled all over our Triple Chocolate Brownie, and lo and behold Maria arranged it for us to have those sprinkled over our same desserts again! It’s these special touches we love at Bill’s Clink Street that makes it so awesome. We’ll be back again for my birthday soon!

    Bit pricey for what it was - mostly paying for location. Staff were generally too busy chatting amongst themselves to serve properly and we had to keep chasing. Food was fine, unremarkable. Decidedly “meh” all round.
