The food was nice but took a while to come we almost missed our bus home due to lots of busy big tables at the same time, we also had a mix up with the food being described then given to the wrong person leaving me without food. The bill was then £26 out, as they had added two changes of food then took them off whilst suggesting they’d removed some food as a good will gesture (this was not the case it was just messy and unclear). In the end we just paid to get out to our bus. Overall the food was nice but wouldn’t go there again with a big group sadly, although our waitress was lovely and tried to help as best she could.

Fried eggs do need to be runny and bacon doesn't have to be that crispy

Music too loud for us, would have been better as background. Staff were ALL superb that we encountered especially Maitre D.

Service was really good. Attentive staff. I was disappointed with my dirty vegan burger and fries. On the cold side. My daughters fish pie was lovely and hot but she said it lacked fish. More like cheesy mash. Not up to the usual standard I'm used to.

We were sat in a corner away from the rest of the restaurant, the service staff seemed a little cold/curt. Food was very disappointing, the pancakes were the worst ive ever had and coffee had way too much milk in it, could barely taste the coffee. Very disappointed as I’ve patronised the Bill’s in Manchester and always have a pleasant time.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was lively but not too loud. Pretty busy on a Saturday. Food was fairly average.

Pleasant greeting despite busy Restaurant.Lovely table .Very prompt,pleasant and efficient service by Ellie. Food very good. Couldnt fault,well worth visit .
