We opted for the set menu for two people. The starters and the wine were excellent, but unfortunately, the main courses did not measure up. Both the fish and the burger were below par, and the fries were chewy. The fish was dry and could have used some sauce. Additionally, despite the restaurant being less than half full, the service was very slow. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Service was very poor, very slow. Had to ask foster a couple of times. One of waiters looked about 14 years old, we asking for our ice cream dessert which was partof the set menu lunch deal and didn't seem to understand that request. Then had to ask a waitress, then it arrived 15 mins later by which time we had paid the bill and we were getting up from the table to leave the restaurant. Very disappointed 😞

Wrong food initially brought out for child. Beans then missing from their meal. Food wasn’t particularly warm. No one came to check on us so we could ask for the cheque to leave

Lovely pleasant atmosphere to celebrate a birthday. Waiter was excellent. Could do with a change of menu though but we all enjoyed our meals.

Always a good place to grab breakfast in Cambridge. They have plenty of tables and don't seem to mind if you end up holding a meeting there at the same time

Lovely atmosphere, but certain members of staff came across a little rude. We understand it was a busy night and mistakes get made, but there is no need to clearly gossip about customers when a suggestion to improve is offered. Furthermore, the look we got from one of the waitresses after asking for the optional service charge to be removed was extremely unprofessional and rude. Food came out relatively fast for a busy evening, and while the starters were brilliant, the mains were lacking in flavour and all of our dishes were pretty dry.
