Must have been short staffed We didn’t get berry good service Some people left before even ordering as they were so slow One waitress joked and said we could go TGI’s They did apologise a lot but still felt like we were forgotten Wasn’t able to use 20% off code or blue light card as others used set menu soo bare that in mind Loads of salt on all the food, even the table water before we got any food tasted salty

Bill's is a chain but a very good one. The food is delicious especially if you leave room for a flowerpot. Their service is always great they are so kind and helpful with my two dairy intolerant grandchildren.

Bill’s is now my favourite restaurant. I love the variety of choices on the menu. The staff went “above and beyond” to please me.

Had breakfast and drinks which were lovely however the service to take orders at the beginning and throughout (extra sugar for coffee, extra syrup for the pancakes) was very slow. Have been before where this wasn't the case so may have just been one of those days...

we booked for 7.30pm and did not realise until we arrived that the restaurant closed at 9. while we weren't rushed and didn't actual leave until 9.30 I think it would be good if this was flagged as we were the only customers and did feel under a bit of pressure not to outstay our welcome. also at least 2 of the cocktails were unavailable as ingredients had run out which was disappointing.

This was a short two person business meeting over brunch and I requested a quiet and semi private table. This was provided and was just right for the type of meeting. The menu provided ample choice for both myself and my guest from the USA. The service was efficient and discreet and we both left satidfied.

Sarah booked us in, we were not rushed and had plenty of time to catch up before drinks were provided, food was good and the facilities were nice.

Very happy with the service. The food was fast delivered and hot. The waitresses were all very froendly and smiling. It was a bit noisy but apart from tbat it was really a nice experience. I don't know other Bills but the Bills in Braintree essex is really nice.
