Staff were very friendly, 3 out of my party of 6 were happy with their food, steak over cooked but replaced youngest chicken was over cooked and burnt but taken off the bill.

Generally we really enjoy Bill's but this was the second time we had poor service and long waits. Now, I do understand that restaurants are really busy but if there is going to be a 45 min wait for starters then the staff should let customers know. Manage expectations. We did not have deserts as our choices were not available. Dont think we would do Bill's Bluewater again

Friendly team & a nice atmosphere, although ‘Double Chicken’ dish was quite dry. Would prefer wait staff to advise of anything unavailable when presenting menu. I’d forgotten that Bills don’t accept cash anymore. Glad to see the infamous donuts are still going strong, rounding off an enjoyable visit.

Our chicken schwarma was very bland and dry and the garlic flatbread that came with it did not taste of garlic. Quite disappointed as we have eaten at Bill's in Greenwich before and loved it.
