Service was good but inconsistent between staff serving. The lady who seated us was lovely, let us in early and was very helpful. I think we were invisible to some of the other staff. The food was lovely, no complaints there. Drinks were considerably overpriced, especially for what they were (soft drinks in cans, beer in bottles) and there was nothing on draught. Service charge was automatically applied to our bill so watch out for that. Overall the experience was ok but we probably won't be back.

I booked a table for 12 people but we ended up needed more seats which accommodated easily with no fuss. Thanks for looking after us. :)

Hatten keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück weil Maschine nicht funktionierte. Mussten woanders hingehen. Bedienung war aber super freundlich und es tat ihr auch sehr leid. Probieren wir wieder.

Not bad at all and responded really well to allergy and our ‘fuss pot’ requests. The food is OK but over time this place is ‘fading’ Some of my faves have been taken off the menu too which is a shame.

Lovely friendly staff. Quick service, nice food. Only downside was an untidy toilet cubicle.

Been to Bills before and thought it was nice, this occasion however was not! Very average staff and service, we all ordered various burgers (not much of a choice in menu? I’m sure they’ve reduced the choice from before?) all of our burgers were not hot, lukewarm and not great at all, halloumi fries were nice, dessert disappointing too, shame.

Nice Atmosphere. Not too crowded. I liked the chicken burger and Bills lager beer. Reasonably priced.

Shanay was our waitress and she was amazing alongside with the great atmosphere, customer service and food. Would recommend!
