Food was good, although a steak had to go back for being over cooked. It was replaced and taken off the bill. Was quite loud but comfortable. Waitress was very good. Didn’t like the metal oval trays with grease proof paper our food was served on. Preferred the plates we have had previously.

Busy Saturday night so service was a bit a slow. We ordered for one person from the allergen menu and their food kept arriving 10 minutes after everyone else’s with which was very annoying! Then at the end they make you pay through a QR code - add 12.5 service charge and then ask for another tip for the wait staff which is a bit of a joke really!

The children’s menu provided a portion of macaroni cheese for a 2 year and my granddaughter is 7, the salad portion was equally inadequate. I had discussed my food intolerance with the head waiter on arrival, and then with my personal waitress. The food still arrived with the ingredients I had asked to withdraw and I had to wait another 20 minutes till it arrived - it was a salad. I asked to withdraw the service charge and will not return to this chain.

Eve of wedding dinner for bride,groom and both sets of parents. Warm welcome, prompt and courteous service, excellent food. A lovely event.

We had breakfast last weekend. It’s was bloody gorgeous!! Staff were lovely. Would come back!!
