Join us for a unique, intimate, stylish and lively time day or night.
We offer lunch/brunch and dinner Wednesday through to Sunday.
Great cocktails, superb wines, delicious food, stylish ambience, and smiling staff what more could you want.
Entirely hidden from the street, Bijou has an upstairs heated terrace, sheltered and with heaters. So joins us for brilliant outdoor dinning also.
Bijou is the perfect place for any all celebrations so if you are thinking of celebrating that birthday, christening, wedding or you just want a gang please give us a call to discuss options,
Just a couple of things to note:
All tables are booked for 1 hour and 45 minutes. After your allotted time we will require the table back. We do not take bookings for drinks only.
If you book an outdoor table your table will be outdoor unless, on the off chance, we have space inside at your chosen time.

Went for dinner and drinks. The cocktails were fantastic! The bartender is clearly an expert and takes pride in their work! Will definitely return!

Great choice on menu, I had John Dory special, my friend had fish n chips, both perfect. Rhubarb cheesecake was a delighful dessert. Excellent service including by Catherine on her 2nd day in the job. Good buzz but we could chat easily. A great venue, I understand why it gets booked up quickly.

Went for an early dinner to celebrate wife’s birthday with baby and toddler on tow. Kids menu is the usual affair and good - food was excellent

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Very friendly and experienced staff served us.. Evening special was well explained and we were assisted with our choice of wine. Food was very tasty. Overall a very pleasant evening.

We were seated in a table for two near the kitchen. The noise levels were such that we could not hear each other. The table itself was wobbly which made trying to drink or eat uncomfortable. The waiter did fix it when she noticed our dilemma. There was only cutlery for one person on the table too and I had to ask a passing waiter to get me cutlery. We were moved to another table once a very noisy family had left and this was much better. Again we were plagued by the "wobbly table syndrome" which was again fixed by the waiter. It would lead me to think would it not be better to do a maintenance check on your tables to ensure they are fit for purpose. Also strangely nobody offered to take our coats (this seemed to be the general rule) and both ours and next door diners were all struggling to store our coats on our seats etc. Despite that I must say our waiting staff were very attentive and did a lovely gesture of brining us a desert to mark our anniversary which I felt was a very nice touch indeed. Bijou is a charming local bistro which has given me and my family many memorable visits over the years where we have celebrated milestone birthdays, communions, anniversaries and all in between with many fond memories.
