Located in the Water Garden Pavilion at Prince Arthur's Landing, Bight Restaurant and Bar rests along the shore of Lake Superior in the heart of Thunder Bay's scenic Marina.

The natural northern beauty of our surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for our local and seasonally inspired menus whether you are dining in the restaurant or out on our lakefront patio during the summer months.

    There are two main entrances to the park we are located in, Pearl St over the train tracks and the Marina Park Overpass, both off of Water St. N. There are numerous parking lots nearby the restaurant. There is parking on the pier in front of the restaurant, in the gravel lot between the Delta Hotel and the splash pad and a lot by the skate park.

                                      We did not get the table we had reserved. The server was very good but it was very busy and the meal was an hour coming. Usually this restaurant has been very good but very disorganized yesterday

                                      Our mains were sub par. We noted it to our server and they discounted our food. We've been there before and things were great. We will go back. Everyone has an off night on a few dishes.

                                      They didn’t offer a brunch menu even though on their website it said they offered it. I ordered fish and chips and the fish was practically not edible because it was so very salty, they replaced it but it was not much better just ok to eat it. Calamari tasted moldy we just didn’t eat it but didn’t return it to the kitchen because we didn’t want to deal with waiting for replacement judging by fish of chips replacement it would’ve not been worth the wait. Tomato hummus soup was good.

                                      Excellent food, attentive service, beautiful location and views of the lake. Pricey, so marked value at 3-stars, but that is their price, well-deserved, and we were all satisfied with our delicious meals. It’s fine dining, so quantity and price is consistent with most restaurants of this calibre. We were there to celebrate and it was perfect. Overall very happy, recommended, and we will return.
