Staff were nice, accommodating especially we had people with various dietary needs. Food was warm rather than hot. Could have been a bit better. The ambience was crap as we were sat next to a table of 6 kids, couldn’t really hear ourselves talking. There was also a massive party who were screeching ABBA, singing would have ok!

Great meal out, very hot inside restaurant though as there is no air con. Other than that we always enjoy a trip to Big Easy. Service was great too.

Staff was very friendly, food was okay. Women’s toilet was a total mess, toilet papers were all over the floor.

Cracking night at big easy, the restaurant was lovely and quiet, the live music was on point, the staff were attentive and super friendly and the bbq was plentiful. Much more relaxed and enjoyable than a busy evening. Nice to be able to chat with friends and not rush.

We were here when they were first opened. Wasn’t a good experience. Food weren’t all that and with the higher price tag, it was totally off putting. There’s many more places with similar price bracket provided better value. We decided to give them a try again upon seeing their weekday lunch deal. To our surprise, their food has gone a lot better! So we have been regularly coming back. Recently they have increased the price of the lunch deal though. The staff always seem to say “we no longer do bookings via OpenTable” too.

A nice relaxing Saturday evening catch up, food was good as expected, but drinks are now very pricey! Service was friendly, but a little slow, but it was a busy Saturday evening. Love the music and atmosphere but can be challenging to have a conversation in a larger group. Always a treat though!
