Celebrate the New Year in style with our New Year's Eve event! It promises to be a night of elegance, entertainment and celebration. Start the night with a Champagne and canapé reception and keep the kids entertained with Adrian Catch, our amazing entertainer. All followed by a sumptuous five course dinner in Blues Brasserie with vocalist Ruby Sayre, then seeing the New Year in with a glass of champagne, disco and a hot toddy and bacon sandwich after midnight. Please note this is an event where everyone is seated at the same time and regardless of what time you book for, the following applies: Sparkling reception from 6:00pm Take your table from 7:00pm Dinner is served at 7:30pm

Pros:- Amazing food both evening and in the morning. Staff at hand should you need anything. Evening staff were on hand to explain specials and what if anything wasn’t available. Very clean and tidied away when ever dirty plates were left. Cons:- At early breakfast the head waitress clearly didn’t want to be there and was ‘off’ to us and another guest when we asked for cutlery that wasn’t on the table. At breakfast and evening meals the staff cleared up too much. No sooner had you put your knife down than they cleaned the plate away leaving us feeling very rushed. Twice we had to ask for more cutlery at breakfast as they’d cleared away our knife from our side plate (only one provided) and yet it was left there for our breakfast we were about to eat. There can be too much tidying whilst people are eating. The music. I love a ‘rave’ but not whilst we were eating. Whether it was morning or evening the choice of music ranged from soothing to a heavy fast beat that made us feel uncomfortable whilst trying to eat. Suggest if your bass in your speakers are that good either lower it or choose more soothing music. Over all the restaurant like the hotel it’s self is great and I wouldn’t hesitate to stop there again.

Booked in for dinner bed and breakfast on the Friday, table booked for 630 for 7 people, staff very friendly and attentive ordered food but missed off one of our party's main meals. Got a glass of procecco as an apology, once the food came the food was cold!! This was refunded. On Saturday we ordered food for 5 people again one person's food was wrong, this time no apology but the food did come hot, but everyone else had finished their meal so she was eating on her own

Yet another fantastic, delicious breakfast. Plenty of Choi e of hot food items, and a good selection of cereals, or continental breakfast to choose from.
