Celebrate the New Year in style with our New Year's Eve event! It promises to be a night of elegance, entertainment and celebration. Start the night with a Champagne and canapé reception and keep the kids entertained with Adrian Catch, our amazing entertainer. All followed by a sumptuous five course dinner in Blues Brasserie with vocalist Ruby Sayre, then seeing the New Year in with a glass of champagne, disco and a hot toddy and bacon sandwich after midnight. Please note this is an event where everyone is seated at the same time and regardless of what time you book for, the following applies: Sparkling reception from 6:00pm Take your table from 7:00pm Dinner is served at 7:30pm

Food was tasty, minimal hot food available for a vegan diet however nothing is marked as vegan friendly so had to ask.

When we arrived at booked time which was last before end of breakfast there was hardly any food left and any getting replenished quickly disappeared. As another customer that had been there a long time said its not quick as waited an hour for some of her things. On a rolling buffet system. No pastries were left and no vegetarian meat substitute options offered.

Hotel is lovely ..I understand it's busy but the dining staff clearing away plates and hanging around like it's a problem to eating longer than a certain time ... also the waitress didn't know if the table we booked was available..leaving us stood there in the middle of the restraunt even though we've paid like everyone else.. also the food was pretty cold .

The 2 hot drink machines, cold drink machine, and 2 toasters are all crammed into one place along with all the glasses and mugs - very awkward when it's busy. Some staff were lovely and others were really not. Eggs were dried out and hard. For the amount charged, I expected better and was fairly disappointed.

Breakfast food was disgusting. Paid £27.50 for one adult and one child. We were there for opening and food was cold. Definitely not value for money and wouldn’t eat again for breakfast unfortunately
