                                                                    Food was good Had lunch. I had tomato soup which was very good! I also had the fried cauliflower with bbq sauce. I would order the sauce on the side next time as a dip rather than smothered in sauce. But it was a good portion. I could not finish it all. My friend enjoyed ahi tuna salad and a flatbread appetizer. She could not finish the flatbread as it was big. My only suggestion is serers need to be better trained. We did not have napkins, cutlery or plates when server brought us our soup and flatbread to start. She walked away before we could ask for those items. Had to flag down a server to ask. Also had to flag down and ask two servers for more water and club soda before those were brought over. Overall a nice lunch. I was surprised the place was busy. I had a reservation so no problem. I guess it was one of the days civil servants have to go to their offices lol.

                                                                    The service was exceptional! Our server was training someone new and both servers were so friendly and helpful to our table! She even overheard it was my friend’s birthday and wished her a happy birthday! How sweet was that! The ambience was lovely and food was delicious with the beer pairing. We definitely will be back :)

                                                                    We requested a specific table a week well in advance and were given the opposite. It took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table for the first time. The food was okay, but nothing to write home about.

                                                                    Rating: 3/5 So, I went to Bier Market – Ottawa the other day, and it was kind of a mixed bag. The food was great. Big thumbs up for that. But then there were these other things that just brought the whole experience down. First off, the bathroom. Yikes! It smelled funky. Not exactly the vibe you want when you're trying to enjoy a meal. And get this – my friend found something in their wine glass twice. A surprise floating in your drink is never a good time. It made us question how clean everything really was behind the scenes. To top it off, our appetizer and main course came out together. Turns out the appetizer took a little detour to the floor before it got to our table. A bit of a timing fail that messed with the flow of our meal. So, overall, the food was the hero here, but the rest of the experience? Just okay.
