High tea is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You may book online to reserve your seat or you may walk-in. i always get the strawberries and cream waffle , and it’s perfect. the waffle is the perfect softness and the strawberries always taste so fresh! my boyfriend gets the american breakfast and always always says how good the potatoes are lol. recently we tried a cream puff and a beignet and they were amazing! we also had a sample of a little chocolate cake and it was also amazing. i had a reservation for my birthday and they were all so nice complimenting me and wishing me a happy birthday and even gave me a free slice of cake which was so so so good it was perfect. 10/10 would recommend! it’s also gorgeous inside so

So good. Food, vibe, service, aesthetic.. everything. Loved it. Kylie helped us and she was so cute and so nice- love her. Took some things from the case to go and they were DELECTABLE. 10/10 experience.

We had a lovely time at Bien our server was amazing we loved her I wish I would’ve gotten her name for this review the food was ok nothing fantastic but definitely edible if we’re ever in town again we would definitely come back!

I waited 40 minutes for my order. I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to others.

We ordered avocado toast and a French Breakfast. The first avocado toast came out and the avocado was black. Literally black. The waitress took it back. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the second avocado toast was brought out and the avocado was hard as a rock. It couldn’t be eaten because it was so hard. We scarped off the avocado to eat the sourdough bread and it was too, completely solid. The waitress comped that toast (obviously) and gave us a strawberry macroon for the trouble. The French Breakfast was good, however the sourdough toast was also hard as a rock. It was inedible. We will not be returning.

The food and service were good, but the High Tea was very pricey for what we got. Will stick to the regular menu in the future.

I treated my granddaughter & her mom to the “Mommy & Me” tea at 1:30. The little finger sandwiches & mini desserts were good & presented well, but the ambience was not what I expected. I thought the Tea service should be held in its own special dining area. All they did, was put a white table cloth on one of the tables in their main dining. We were sitting next to people eating hamburgers & they sat a table of 8 right behind us that were obviously just there for a late lunch. The Ambiance is part of the experience. They need to serve the tea service after the lunchtime in its own special room, set up special for those wanting to experience “tea service”.
