Bianca is a modern American restaurant and bar in Chestnut Hill that specializes in wood grilling, wood fire pizza, and a variety of dishes inspired by global flavors and cuisines. Bianca means a clean slate, a virtual white plate primed for delicious expression and ready to transport you to far off places. From classic dishes done with care to the truly unique, Bianca presents a luxe dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere that is as comfortable as our own homes. Owners Chef Tim Cushman and Restaurateur Nancy Cushman are the husband & wife team behind James Beard Award Winning o ya and Hojoko in Boston.
RESERVATION POLICY: If you need to cancel, notify 24 hours prior to your reservation to avoid a $15 per person cancellation fee. Children 12 & under must have an adult(18+) at the table.
A 20% gratuity will be added to all parties larger than 6.
Our patio is open seasonally. We do not take patio reservations, but will seat reservations at the next available patio table if requested.

The chef was a little heavy handed with the red pepper. Overall, I couldn’t eat my appetizer or my main because it was too spicy. We ordered bread pudding for dessert and the bottom of the dish was burnt.

Dining here is always a warm experience. Our server was very accommodating and checked in often with us. The floor manager came over personally to acknowledge the slightly longer wait for our food and offered a free dessert. The food was delicious and fresh as always. Will definitely come back!

It was our first time dining at Bianca, the menu is limited and while the quality of ingredients was high, the dishes were subpar and expensive. The burrata crackers were hard to eat and too few for the size of burrata, the Japanese chicken seemed like chicken rotisserie pieces fried in batter with almost no seasoning. The pizza was good. The salmon was expensive and drowned in butter with a leek preparation that did not pair well. Our server was unfriendly. A spider ran across the table. We had brought in a birthday cake was were told there was a $25 cake cutting fee. By then we were ready to leave. For a $200 dinner for 4 with no alcohol or desserts, it was not a good experience. We won’t be going back.

Always top notch! The spicy tuna roll and lobster papparadelle were amazing! The staff treat me like family, and the atmosphere is so comfortable. I'm going to miss the patio when the weather shifts, but I'll still appreciate the food and the folks!

Good brunch option! Somewhat small menu but covers all the brunch basics. Fun cocktail/mocktail list as well. Ambiance is great, nice big open space with lots of fun colors. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking nearby.

I went there for lunch today. I was w my mother in law and had trouble hearing her w the music. The owner Nancy kindly lowered the volume for us and the service was excellent and they kept making sure we were ok. Totally appreciate!!!!! Would go back again in a heartbeat.

Most of our party had pizzas which were very good. Wish the waitress told them they were shareable. I had the French dip which was nothing but a giant piece of ciabatta and maybe half a cup of wild mushrooms. No beef. Why call it a French dip?
