Always have great food and service at Biagios. If I had any complaints it would be that there is no handy capped button on front door and there are 3 steps into the dining area. I use a walker but the staff is wonderful as they always carry it up for me.

I made a late reso, and staff served full effort going above and beyond, much apprecciated. Food was awesome as well.

Not a great experience to be honest. We were a party of six celebrating an event together. Booked well in advance w/ reservations to enjoy the comedy show afterwards @ 8pm. The restaurant was obviously short staffed. We reserved for 6:30 pm, giving us plenty of time to eat prior to the show. It took over 30 minutes for the waitress to come to our table to ask if we'd like a drink. Which we took the opportunity to order drinks & food immediately (thinking we'd save time). Waitress approached the table @ 7:15 to update one of the guest at our table her choice of meal is not available that evening. The meal choice was off the "special features menu", which was surprising that we did not have that information upon ordering at the beginning. Also, why did it take so long to update us from the time we had placed the order of unavailable meal items. I would think wen you have a show going on and guests from the restaurant are attending after dinner, those guests should be made a priority due to time constraints. The restaurant should have been more prepared. Dunning area was not even full. Food was good. Staff did accommodate us by bringing our meals downstairs once they were ready to eat while watching the comedy show. This option was all we had however, not the most ideal way to enjoy laughing out loud in a dim lit room. I have attended a dinner & show in the past at this location and had a great smooth experience. Unfortunately, last night was not the same. Restaurant had a opportunity to provide us with some sort of compensation for the delayed/lack of service and attention.

Another very enjoyable experience at Biagio. Food hit the spot, Kyra our server was very professional and friendly, and the ambience as always was just right.
