Our New Year eve celebration at the restaurant was fantastic. The hostess seated us inside away from the celebration on the street outside the restaurant. Our waiter Gergeory was excellent and the overall service was spectacular. The food was delicious as always, the menu was limited for the evening but still had some good choices. I must say they didn’t price gouge as some restaurants do for New Year celebrations. We one of the best restaurants in Sarasota.

The wait staff are the best. Management is very accommodating. The food was very tasteful and its preparation is the best. We have been there for New Year’s Eve celebration for many years and plan to go many more times.

We normally love this restaurant. The New Tears Eve experience was not pleasant. The DJ stage was right at the outdoor seating area. It was ridiculously loud, bass was earth shaking. We requested to be sat indoors at the outset. But there was no available tables. Later, we asked again and a table had opened up, so we moved inside- Big relief. It took two hours to complete the dinner. That could have been partially because moving tables changed servers. It did cause confusion, with nearly an hour to get our salads. The menu was limited, not great for special diets, as we eat no grains, and there was limited flexibility by the kitchen on such a busy day. We both had lamb chops. It was a big portion, but tasted gamey. Normally their food is great! We’ll definitely back, but never again on New Years or a large event day.

Disappointing. I had been to this restaurant years prior and had a pleasant experience so returned. Unfortunately, they were understaffed, food presentation was poor and not edible, service was absent, and hair came on my plate. Restaurant needs help for NYE dinner!

I would not eat here on new years eve! Band stage is in street in front of restaurant. Noise level and vibration made for an uncomfortable experience. Service did not meet our past experience which was always excellent.

First time here. We were going to the opera house after and it’s only a 3 minute walk away. I’ve passed it many times but never had the chance to visit. We had a reservation but at the early time of 4:30pm there was plenty of space so we chose the outdoor patio. We were immediately presented with menus and there was a happy hour 3-course menu for an excellent price with plenty of choices. So the 3 of us chose that. Anthony our server was very attentive and knowledgable and a very sweet person. The location is excellent. There was a musician who started at 5pm. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely dine here again.

We had a very enjoyable time. Loved the music and loved sitting outside. The service was great and food was very good.

Menu was my minuscule compared to menu on website. Prices were highly inflated over advertised prices on website . Up charge was added at the end for credit card payment. The whole presentation was sleazy!
