                          Excellent service - multiple staff made sure we had all we needed Food was fresh and hot Recommend the Gin/Cucumber for drink.

                          We planned to attend the lobster supper and made a reservation but did not RSVP so were disappointed to learn that it wasn't available, but we understood. We had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation time for our table. The patio was lovely in terms of ambience with live music and twinkle lights. Our pizzas were given to the wrong table resulting in a 20 minute wait for them to remake our food. There was no Turtle cheesecake left for dessert. Definitely not the optimal dining experience. What we did eat was satisfactory but not a great showing.

                          Had reservation for Thursday Lobster dinner. Staff could not find our reservation in their iPad. My husband could see it as they scrolled about. They seated someone else at the table reserved for us. So the table we go was a small round table. Tables backed up to side of a wall and only a narrow space for servers to pass on other side. Waitress could not answer any questions about menu, stating "that's a great question". Server was rude, rushed through the menu and said, "I have already told them ". Not friendly or accommodating. Owner should maybe address these issues if they want business to grow and survive. We left and went to another restaurant. Staff here are rude and spacey!

                          Amazing! Wonderful staff and outstanding food. Pizzas are baked in a wood fired oven where you can see the magic happen. We had the Davis, a margarita pizza that was delicious. The garlic cheese bread is a hit. The half baked chocolate chip cookie did not last long. Definitely visit Betty’s and become a friend.

                          Friendly chic atmosphere with good wood fired pizza and excellent wine listings. Also nice food and wine pairing suggestions. Would recommend this place for a fun dining experience and place for meeting up with friends.

                          It seemed like the restaurant was run entirely by new staff. Took about 5-10 minutes to be approached by anyone to be seated. Server didn't come back to take our orders and we had to flag down another server. We could overhear staff being mixed up on orders and hearing about the chicken being overdone. Full charcuterie board was disappointing. A different server dropped it off and didn't explain any of the different meats and cheeses on it. The three cheeses all appeared to be slight variations of cheddar, and the three meats were all a similar tasting ham. Ordered pizza as well and the cook brought it out and tried to put it on the charcuterie board as no one had cleared it away. We had to move it to make room and ask him to take it away with him. Pizza was slightly overdone and very meager with the toppings. Our original server stopped once to check in, the first time that evening. Had to ask a different server for our bill when we were finished. Good ambience for a drink, but would not go again for food.

                          We assumed indoor reservations for one guest with mobility challenges. there was no place to request indoors on OpenTable reservation. There was no indoor table available. Steps to outdoor tables had no hand rail. Outdoor seating slightly unstable and no outdoor exit, thus requiring steps without rail again. New Waitress unable to create separate bills for each couple. Where was a manager to assist her? Bodum style coffee pot leaked. One pizza was defective and needed to be remade, thus delayed. I suggest more management presence and/or training for staff. We have enjoyed a much more positive experience in the past.

                          Lovely spot for an evening out with friends and family. Although hard to read, the menu had so much to choose from and we all enjoyed our food and beverage choices immensely. The setting and the service were perfect. We would highly recommend this special spot for any occasion!
