We assumed indoor reservations for one guest with mobility challenges. there was no place to request indoors on OpenTable reservation. There was no indoor table available. Steps to outdoor tables had no hand rail. Outdoor seating slightly unstable and no outdoor exit, thus requiring steps without rail again. New Waitress unable to create separate bills for each couple. Where was a manager to assist her? Bodum style coffee pot leaked. One pizza was defective and needed to be remade, thus delayed. I suggest more management presence and/or training for staff. We have enjoyed a much more positive experience in the past.

Lovely spot for an evening out with friends and family. Although hard to read, the menu had so much to choose from and we all enjoyed our food and beverage choices immensely. The setting and the service were perfect. We would highly recommend this special spot for any occasion!

We loved our experience at Betty's from beginning to end--with friendly, good-humored staff; great food; and the gorgeous setting on the outdoor deck with lights in the trees and terrific music from Hank Middleton and Patrick Thompson. The Ford pizza (all dishes are named for famous Bettys, including White and Ford!), featuring sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, arugula, and more, was off-the-charts delicious, as was the Bumblebetty Crisp for dessert. It was our first night in Nova Scotia, and it could not have been a better introduction to that magical land.

So enjoyed a family meal with the dogs, outside on the patio. We loved the food and the quaint, cozy atmosphere of your space. We will be back soon. Thank you🌞

We enjoyed the ambience very much: it felt like being in a European bistro. The wait staff was friendly but service was uneven; we had to ask for things such as extra cream and the bill at the end. Staff seemed overwhelmed, especially with the larger tables. The appy of buffalo dip and nachos was delicious and the pizza was ok but could have been served sooner as it was not warm. Overall, we would go back and hope for improvement in the noted areas.

Love Betty's at the Kitch! I haven't eaten inside yet but have been on their patio twice and have loved it both times. The food is delicious and the ambience is wonderful with the patio set amongst mature trees strung with lights. Quite an extensive wine list as well for wine lovers. And the desserts are amazing! We will continue to return over and over again!
