   Super cute venue with a good variety of dinners and cocktails. The dessert was fabulous!!!

   Excellent food, especially downtown. Only complaint is their brunch menu change removing waffles/ pancakes. Very unlikely we would choose it for brunch again as a result

   John, Thank you for joining us at Betts and for leaving your review. Comments from our guests are always appreciated. I am sorry to read that you were disappointed with the menu change. I hope that you try us again and find something else that you enjoy. The Shrimp with Grits as well as the Steak topped with Chimichurri and with a side of eggs are fantastic at breakfast. For lunch / dinner we have appetizers Cajun Lamp "Pops' and Cumin Roasted Baby Carrots along with entrees: Blackened Shrimp over Polenta with Broccoli Raab and BBQ Glaze and a Pork Schnitzel with Spaetzle and a Jalapeno Mustard Creme.    First time here and we were SO glad we went. The servers were attentive and genuinely friendly, and the cocktails and food were so delicious... we definitely overate.

I am very happy that we earned it and glad you didn't leave hungry. I am especially glad that you were there for our new menu and that you enjoyed. All of our menu creations are from our Executive Chef Nick Dlugoss and Menu Consultant and Chef Jill Vedaa. Our new dishes include our version of Chilaquiles and Avocado Toast at breakfast as well as fantastic lunch/ dinner appetizers; Black Bean Hummus, Wagyu Meatballs, and our vegan Cumin Roasted Baby Carrots.    Food and service was excellent. A bit cold as the door was open to the hotel with people going in and out. Very clean but kind of dreary unless you have a view of the bar.

   Elizabeth, Thank you for joining us at Betts and for leaving your review. Our namesake was Elizabeth Schofield was Betsey and also Betts to her family. So, we are especially glad that you enjoyed your time with us. You may have noticed that we have completely changed our menus with creations from our Executive Chef Nick Dlugoss. 0ur new dishes include our version of Chilaquiles and Avocado Toast at breakfast. For lunch / dinner we have appetizers Cajun Lamp "Pops' and Cumin Roasted Baby Carrots with entree Blackened Shrimp over Polenta with Broccoli Raab with a BBQ Glaze. Again Elizabeth, thank you.    Our waiter was super friendly and the food was incredible (wedge salad and short ribs). Great atmosphere and vibe, will go back.

Thank you for as well for the five-star rating; the feedback that we get from our guests is vital to us. I am glad we took good care of you. We have specials throughout the week including our Happy Hour at our bar Mondays through Fridays. That menu includes Avocado BLT Sliders, Shrimp Cocktail, and our Chef's Choice Deviled Eggs along with beverages choices including an Espresso Martini. Speaking of Cocktails, our bar staff and Beverage Director Kevin Knestrick are putting together a fantastic spring/summer cocktails line-up including a French 75 with Watershed Strawberry Gin.    Betts is an incredible dining experience. Nick Dlugoss is an amazing chef and I will be highly recommending Betts to anyone I know looking for a superior dining experience in the Cleveland area. The staff is professional, welcoming and accommodating. This was by far one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

   Our server Quinn took exceptional care of us. We had a lovely breakfast that was served quickly and it was delicious. Would absolutely recommend.

   Celina, I was pleased to read that you joined us at Betts and that you enjoyed your breakfast with us. Thank you for dining with us and for leaving your review. We have passed along your comments to Quinn, and he was very happy to hear them. Just so you know, we do have special events and specials through the week. On Friday and Saturday nights we have a piano player, Mr. Gary Galbreath from 8pm until 10pm. On Mondays we have a Trivia Night led by Mr. Jake Durr starting at 7pm. Our guests have found these additions to the Betts experience to be a lot of fun. On Wednesdays the majority of our bottles of wine are half price.     Staff here is extremely friendly and responsive. We immediately felt welcome upon entrance. The food was amazing. My wife had the Gnocchi Bolognese and I had a petite filet with lumped crab. The cocktails are unique and different.
