Come enjoy a kiss of latin fusion cuisine in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs. Bésame is excited to be open seven days a week and serving happy hour daily from 4:00-5:30 daily. We ask that if you are running late please give us a call at 970-761-2561 as we can only hold tables for 15 minutes. Thank you for booking at Bésame and we look forward to serving you tonight!

Restaurant Week prompted us to visit Besame’ for the first time but it definitely will not be our last. We enjoyed some of the best ceviche we’ve had in a long time and other tapas that were delicious. Cocktails were also creative and tasty. Maria provided awesome service.

We came to Besame after the Steamboat Food and Wine Festival because their Spicy Carrot Margarita was unbelievable! However, we stood around for a table for 20 minutes even though we had a reservation for a high top and one sat dirty for several minutes. We were finally sat and waited an additional 15 minutes for someone to greet us and offer us water. At that time we put in our full order and was in and out within 30 minutes. Essentially, waiting to be seated and greeted for as long as it took to receive and eat our meal. The atmosphere is very cool, the tapas were delicious and so are the beverages but the service was disappointing.

Everything about the restaurant is amazing. Great food, great cocktails, great energy in the restaurant (but not too loud). The tipsy carrot is the best cocktail I've ever had.

There were. 2couples in are party. They ordered empanadas to split and we ordered grill octopus to split. They were almost done with their app before ours even arrived!! The same with our main entree. They were halfway through their meal before our cubano sandwiches arrived. I am a slow eater and hadn’t even finished my 1st sandwich half, when our waitress brought over the dessert menus. The other couple could not believe the food was not served at the same time. They offered to wait until ours arrived but we insisted they start. Thank goodness they listened as their food would have been cold by the time ours arrived.

Great service and food. Warning: Entree sizes are huge. We over ordered (6 tapas and three entrees for 6 people) but gladly slogged through! Server was great. Meal pace was perfect.

My wife was very happy with her experience. These comments are mine alone. I had two tapas--a scallop and chicken skewers--total cost ~$33. they were good but SMALL! Great for my diet but I left the restaurant hungry. Maybe I ordered unwisely--it might have been my fault. I am 81 and wear hearing aids. A personal issue I know, but the noise level made it difficult to converse, which is supposed to be one of the pleasures of dining out.
