We always have a good time and a good meal when we come here. We had not been here for a while and were warmly greeted by our server, Karen who especially delighted to see my mom who will be 99 on June 10. There were 4 of us and we were celebrating an early birthday as my mom loves the food, especially the rolls. Food prices for dining out have gone up everywhere but lunch specials here are still reasonable and portions are quite ample. My cousin had the margarita pizza which while billed as an individual size was ample for two people and she took half of it home. My mom had the chicken piccata which was a very good sized piece of chicken with lemons and capers over angel hair pasta. She also took half of her large portion home. My sister and I had the rigatoni Abruzzi which is my favorite. It is a nice blend of sausage, spicy sauce and peppers blended with rigatoni. All meals were served with their wonderful rolls and salads. The wine is a bit pricey as they no longer have carafes and I suggest they return to having carafes of house wine available for patrons. The service was efficient and quick. The lunch menu has a surprising variety of choices that should satisfy even the fussiest of eaters. We will be returning again soon. Staff is always very friendly .

Rolls and pizza were the stars! Server was great as well. The chicken piccata was overly sauced and the salmon was just ok. The salad greens weren’t fresh.

Uneven experience. Food was okay. Kinda cool when it reaches us. Rolls okay, but the oven was broken. Asked for butter for rolls and waited a LONG time. When I asked for the butter again, the server made a snide comment. Dinner was much more expensive than I expected.

Good place to take our kids to learn / practice eating out. Pizza is great, good beer on tap for the parents, kid friendly all around. It seems they are short-staffed, but that is the case everywhere. Food was ready quickly, which particularly surprised me given the appearance of that staffing situation.

Very good family restaurant. Wonderful hot rolls before dinner. Dinner was not warm so had to send it back to reheat but was fine after the reheat.Always good food at a good price and with good parking available a definite plus.

Even though it was Valentine's Day we had a short wait due to their being short staffed. The service was attentive and the meal was truly above and beyond being good and a superlative value.

My daughter had her 12th birthday celebration at Bertucci’s and the management and staff were very accommodating. We received great service, were seated in a more private area of the dining room, the food was great…overall, we had a great experience!

Due to lack of staff we waited over 45 mins for 2 kids meals, salad and one dinner and at that point we had to walk out. There were no crayons or kid lids for their drink. No beer selection for one adult at table. Speaking to the Manager I suggested that the waitress tell you ahead of what they don’t have before taking the order then that would save time and energy with coming back and forth three times to tell us what was not available. The bartender was yelling at waitresses from every table so the entire restaurant could hear, very unprofessional! In the end we were told a night of training staff. I would suggest to minimize the training on a Saturday night so the restaurant is not running in chaos. Just a quick side note this restaurant was not anywhere near full!

Bertucci's is usually enjoyable (and their Alfredo sauce beats Olive Garden every time) but the meal I had this time was a little dry and my companion's pasta wasn't cooked quite right. The restaurant was short on staff as well and the manager was filling in as well as he could.

When we got there they would not honor the open table reservation. And told us it would be a 30 minute wait. They cited lack of staff. They had multiple tables empty. The manager gave me a rude explanation as to what he was dealing with. He also said that just because I made a reservation on OpenTable doesn’t mean that I would have come before everybody else that was waiting. We left and I had to go somewhere else but open table was no help to us because it wouldn’t let me cancel the pending reservation with Bertucci’s. So we could not use it to find another location to dine. Absolutely awful experience, treated very rudely. If Bertucci’s as a chain cannot handle reservations they should not be on OpenTable.
