love the BOGO pizza offers and coupons but, Extremely disappointed that the Birthday coupon has to be used for dine in only. I can understand if a purchase is needed and it can’t be used with other discounts, but wish it could be used for carry out. used to be able to use for carry out and with other discounts, which was nice.

We never even got to eat there, I made a reservation for my friends 21st birthday dinner and they said they couldn’t seat us because they took a party of 34 before us, even though we had a reservation. We left to go to Evivva in Westford, much better experience.

Tried Chelmsford location because our former favorite location in Woburn is now permanently closed. Found it very pleasant. Ordered pizza and salad. My wife thought $ 17.50 for a 9oz pour of Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay was overkill when you can buy a bottle at the local package store for $10.99 so she ordered Two Vines Chardonnay for $14.00. Server came back and said they didn’t have any sooooo under duress we settled for the K-J as there was no other choice. Otherwise the food was very good

Popped in for lunch. It’s been a tough time for Bertucci’s, and many stores have suffered quality and service setbacks, but this one seems to be holding its own. It’s a hard-working and friendly crew here, and even at a higher price point than in the past, a fresh chicken parm sandwich, fries, generous side salad and Bertucci rolls for $13.50 is a deal. Happy to continue supporting the chain if they can deliver like this.

No forks, other dishes missing. Food was not prepared as described in menu. Roasted broccoli had chunks of cold cream cheese thrown on top. Food was lukewarm when brought to table. This location usually has good food and service. Hope this visit was the exception but we won’t be returning anytime soon. Sad.
