This charming restaurant is an awesome little find. The food is simply fabulous, with each dish bursting with authentic Italian flavours with a unique twist that sets this restaurant apart. Whether you’re dining with your partner, family, friends, or on business, the ambience here is perfect for any occasion. The service is warm and attentive, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. We love Berkelo, second time we have been there and it is great. Owner is there very receptive, staff are good. Nice we will be back again!

As per the last time, everything was just brilliant! Food was delicious, service next level and all around great experience. It is a bit noisy for those with diminished hearing... but everything else makes up for that!

Very disappointed with today’s lunch we were at Berkelo for dinner last Friday and couldn’t praise it enough. Food was fresh and very tasty,. We therefore invited a friend for lunch yesterday where I again order the snapper dish which I thought would be as fresh and tasty…., big mistake. The fish tasted old and eas very dry and overcooked. The chips too were overcooked. I called waiter over who said they wouldn’t charge me for the fish and if I wanted to order another dish. I chose the Margaretta pizza…, which was charged for in our bill. Very hesitant to go back. When I eat at a cafe or restaurant ives expect good to be fresh on that day. I’m sure the fish was old, possibly from the day before or prior. Again, most disappointed!!

This is the best pizza outside of Italy! I’ve lived in Italy and these guys make pizza the way Italians intended it to be: thin sourdough crusts; high quality ingredients for toppings and wood fire.

Great place in Terrey Hills with fun ambiance with a buzz. Small menu but with something for everyone. Lovely staff and service! It’s a winner!

We were very keen to experience Berkelo. The food was extremely tasty and very fresh. Compliments to the chefs for our delicious meals. Very happy overall with our dining experience. Our only comment is that as the night became a lot more busy the service was a little slow but extremely good. Both our waitresses were very attentive and nothing was too much touch. Now a favourite neighbourhood gem!

Outstanding! We have been big fans of the Berkelo bakeries for years and finally got to try their restaurant tonight. The food was fantastic, so well balanced in flavour and perfectly portioned. A great ambience for a date night but still fantastic for an early family dinner. Our two toddlers demolished their pasta and pizza which rarely happens when we eat out and the staff were delightful. Cannot wait to go back especially once it warms up to enjoy outdoor dining!
