We visited in the days leading up to Christmas so I imagine it's normally more "put together". We went for a couple rounds of drinks and snacks. The service was so slow and disjointed that after an hour and a half we'd only had opportunity to get one round of drinks and the super expensive chips before tiring of it and having to flag down someone for our check. We noted multiple people come and leave without ordering and at some point felt like we should have done the same. The chips were served very late and at first they forgot the caviar dip which I am assuming was $37.50 of the $38 price. It took us a few to realize they weren't bringing it and a few more to get someone's attention to go find it. The dip was great once it came, maybe not worth the price. The chips seemed potentially from a bag. The spot and the servers are nice, don't get me wrong, but when you're at a place like this and the prices are what they are, and things are off, you start to notice the cracks. There were some things I just was surprised to see. A coat hook missing from the wall, a seat that was worn more than I'd expect to let slide, water not getting filled during the course of your stay. I don't know if I'd go back. If I was nearby and it wasn't the busy season maybe I'd pop in out of curiosity to see if my experience was a one off.

Avoid at all costs. This was a repeat visit, but something went very wrong. For some reason, the staff behind the bar seemed really angry about looking after customers, and just ignored it, it took over half an hour to order our food, we never got any drinks and when it came to the bill, the bartender literally threw it at us. The food was at least excellent but my opinion on of the restaurant and the brand as a whole has gone through the floor - thankfully before we finished our holiday shopping so we could spend elsewhere!

I did not expect such a great experience from a department store bar, excellent service, good food, nice atmosphere, live music. Loved it!

I come for Eva , Eric and the (Isa)bartender. They are the BEST!!! Time and time again the service, hospitality and friendliness keeps me coming back just for them!

What a great experience. Took myself out for lunch for my birthday. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was certainly special.
