I made a reservation at the wrong restaurant. I thought I was going to the 7th floor restaurant. I accidentally booked at the Men's bar. the information online is extremely poor. the picture of the men's bar looked like the other restaurant. When i called the restaurant i thought i was booked at i was given a lecture on how to make a reservation. I have made thousands of reservations at restaurants for small parties and for large. i didn't need to be disrespected. i knew i didn't have lunch in the mens building. I am not an idiot and don't appreciate the way i was spoken to. No one cared. I now remember why I don't shop at Bergdorf. Your employees always think they are better than their customers. When i got to the men's bar i was greeted by Eric. he changed my mood and welcomed me with open arms. our server ana was also amazing. the expresso martini's were amazing. the salads we had were delicious. Thank you for treating me with respect and kindness. Shame on your employees. Shame on your website for your restaurants to be so bad. I hope someone reads this and takes note of this poor service. No one is better than i am and i am no better than others. Teach your employees some manners.

I had my brunch alone. A wonderful waiter name Jeffrey was truly sweet and accommodating. He’s very pleasant always making sure I have everything I needed and with he’s kindness smile. I look forward of having a brunch with my friends soon. I spoke highly about my experience, not only the food but overall service .

Handsomely appointed bar with good food and drinks. Nice for a cozy lunch or drinks. Generally quiet and intimate. Drinks are great. Very nice staff. Food is delicious albeit limited menu as compared to the BG restaurant in the women’s store.

We visited in the days leading up to Christmas so I imagine it's normally more "put together". We went for a couple rounds of drinks and snacks. The service was so slow and disjointed that after an hour and a half we'd only had opportunity to get one round of drinks and the super expensive chips before tiring of it and having to flag down someone for our check. We noted multiple people come and leave without ordering and at some point felt like we should have done the same. The chips were served very late and at first they forgot the caviar dip which I am assuming was $37.50 of the $38 price. It took us a few to realize they weren't bringing it and a few more to get someone's attention to go find it. The dip was great once it came, maybe not worth the price. The chips seemed potentially from a bag. The spot and the servers are nice, don't get me wrong, but when you're at a place like this and the prices are what they are, and things are off, you start to notice the cracks. There were some things I just was surprised to see. A coat hook missing from the wall, a seat that was worn more than I'd expect to let slide, water not getting filled during the course of your stay. I don't know if I'd go back. If I was nearby and it wasn't the busy season maybe I'd pop in out of curiosity to see if my experience was a one off.
