We often went out for Sunday brunch, and we both love breakfast. My wife recently commented that we hadn't gone out to a nice (quality food) brunch in a long time. I've been to Bennett's several times, and brunch once - it was excellent. This morning, I decided to surprise her and we went there for her first time. The food was outstanding. During the meal, she commented, I think this is better than [another breakfast place I go to regularly to meet with a client and bring her back outstanding leftovers]. I said, that place has great food, but it's the kind of food you can get anywhere. Bennett's puts a bit of a twist on everything they do. The quality is there, the service, etc., but something happens in the kitchen that makes their food better than good, it's uncommon AND excellent, depending on your tastes. Today was no exception. She had the loaded bacon omelet and I had the corned beef hash. My oh my oh my, was that food good. It was so good that we ate so slowly, we got full before we finished, took it home, and had it later in the day. We NEVER do that! We were the first and the music was loud., I asked them to turn it down and they did, immediately. Great food, great service, above average ambiance. A can't miss brunch stop if you like their menu. And don't be afraid to try something you've had elsewhere because it will be different with a good twist. The corned beef hash is homemade, big chunks of beef and large cWe used to go out for Sunday brunch frequently, as we both love breakfast. My wife recently mentioned that we hadn't visited a nice brunch spot with quality food in a long time. Having been to Bennett's several times, including once for brunch, I knew the food was excellent. This morning, I decided to surprise her by taking her there for her first visit. The food was outstanding. During the meal, she remarked, “I think this is better than [another breakfast place I go to regularly to meet wihunk of potatoes they actually get crispy. Enjoy

Amazing food! A little louder than ideal at 7pm, and our host didn’t seat us as requested on our reservation, though the table was nice outside and things quickly became more quiet. But- our waiter was fantastic and the food and drinks matched! Blackberry margarita and Pamplemousse cocktail were excellent! Salt& pepper prawns amazing! Chopped salad was good, the Rib eye was over the top! Crispy crust and melted on top herb garlic butter, perfect aged medium rare huge steak served with grilled sourdough…so delicious, beats Ruth’s by a large margin!

We were seated and served promptly. The food and drinks were good. I had the chicken panini sandwich with fries and a French 75 to drink. I even had the other half the next day and the panini tasted just as good.

Had a wonderful date night dinner with my lovely wife. Everything was really good. Our waiter JJ was really helpful with suggestions from the menu. The results were great starters and entrees. We will definitely be back again. Always make a reservation. You will be happy and the restaurant will be too.

This was the first time we had a meal at Bennett's. We enjoyed it very much. The food was outstanding as was the service. It was a very relaxed restaurant and the food and service was top notch. We will be back.

First time here. Excellent meal. Best wedge salad I've ever had. I ordered the redfish and sauteed spinach. It was phenomenal! My husband had the prime rib special and loved it. We don't live close to this restaurant, but would make the 30 minute drive to eat here again. They have a large screened in patio, that does get kind of loud from the outside traffic. Otherwise, it was a nice little dining area. I'll see if I can sit at the bar next time. Highly recommend eating here.
