Food was delicious. I think next time I will as for no added salt. Will be back though! Omar was great!

We had reservations but we had to wait for 55 minutes because they are running behind. And to make it worse, when I complained to a manager she tried to explain that it is normal to wait that long instead of apologizing for what happened. She really handled it in unprofessional way.

We had a great time celebrating life and our friendships. George was an amazing chef and very entertaining.

Both the waiter and the chef were very personable and added to the “fun” of the meal. The price of the meals is a bit excessive.

We go atleast 5 times a year for bdays but last night the food didn't have any flavor. I ended up bringing it home and couldn't eat it. Never had a problem with flavor until yesterday. Service from chef was great though.

We had a great time coming in for lunch. Our chef Ray made it a fun time. By far the best chef we’ve had as he made us laugh and kept everyone entertained.

This was our second visit. First visit was definitely better. Made reservations at 6 pm. Our other guest were running behind about 5 min. We were told they will seat us as soon as they arrive. They arrived and it took about 15 mins to get seated even though the people that came in after us and got seated while we we where already waiting. Our server was adorable and was very prompt and friendly however one of the girls came around to get our salad bowls. I was speaking with my son and the girl kept saying excuse me, excuse me, excuse me. I then looked up and she asked for my bowl then proceeded to get the bowls from everyone else. It was like she was trying to get everyone’s attention but was notably trying to get my attention. My friend is the one that told me and that the girl was pretty rude. As far as our cook he was nice and funny but was a bit sloppy. He kept dropping his spatula and fork and the “tricks” just wasn’t on his side. He was friendly though and did remember we had a dairy allergy and a person that didn’t eat veggies. He accommodated those request. The only thing as for the food was my moms chicken was over cooked. It was the first thing that went on the grill and the very last thing that came off the grill. We will be back but not for a while. The prices are extremely expensive. For now we will stick with Arashi (very good and affordable) or Shogunns (great show, still on the expensive side) Don’t let my review stop you from going. Our first visit was amazing.

Always a good experience dining at Benihana's. The food is outstanding and service is great. We have celebrated our birthdays over the past few decades and the tradition will continue for many more years to come.

I had heard a lot about the quality of food at Benihana for years. It’s just not very good, I’m afraid. The 5/6 course meals, “specialties”, were essentially mass produced - certainly the soup, salad and rice were. The colosal shrimp were just regular size, the lobster tail was a few small pieces of cut lobster meat placed into a shell and the jumbo scallops were literally tiny. We sat at the lounge rather than the collective tables so we watched and heard the chefs as they banged their knives against the metal cooktops. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to learn that customers are ingesting bits of metal. Really. Also, I had informed Benihana via OpenTable that it was my wife’s 60th birthday. They paid no attention to that. Honestly, I would not go back.
