We had a reservation for 9 PM. We got there a bit early at about 8:45 hoping they may be able to seat us earlier which didn’t happen which is understandable but then to almost be seated 30 minutes after our reservation was annoying. We then got seated and let me tell you we did not finish dinner till 12….we were the last ones in the restaurant with them actually cleaning behind us….vacuums out and everything. They were so behind on getting our food started it was really crazy! I understand lacking servers and what not but it was just a terrible experience and eating so late and leaving so late.

Had a 7:30 reservation and did not seated until 8:30. Quality of food and drinks was poor, food was way overpriced for the value. Chef was great, but servers inattentive. Will not be going back.

Good food and fun for the kids just think they must have been understaffed as the service was slow and the tempura banana desert my wife ordered never showed up. But after being seated a half hour after our reservation time and 2 hours at the table we just paid and didn’t want to deal with getting the dessert taken off the bill. Not a bad experience but with minimal effort it could have been much better.

Celebrated our anniversary with our kids. Grandkids and mom. We all had an awesome time. Even though when they missed one of the orders, they recovered fast and the food was good. Our server and our chef was amazing. Thank you for making our celebration memorable

Great experience Great food Great waiter! Funny & entertaining chef best tasting food He was great! Thank you!!! Highly recommend Temecula Benihana! Not all Benihana restaurants are as good as Temeculas Happy there is a good restaurant in Temecula. Hard to find in this town

Food and service was good. Very expensive though and should be for special occasions only. My son wanted to try the wagyu beef so he did. It was so good and it’s the softest and tasty meat you will ever eat in your life. This item was affordable to try since Kobe restaurants have it but for $143 a plate when Benihana was $71. So if you want to try it get it here. Enjoy

Won't go back again. Takes way too long for a mediocre meal. Service has been bad both times we have been here. They brought the wrong bill twice. The cook left out some ingredients and the "show" which is the reason you go there was really lackluster.

It was great. Hibachi steak was super thin so therefore they’re pretty dry. Otherwise all was good.
