The food was great, especially the seafood. The server was very attentive. The drinks fantastic. Loved the chef entertainment!

We did have one member of our party arrive late and I understand why that delayed our seating. But from there, there was no urgency by any of the wait staff to get us our drinks or get going on our food. Our chef was also less energetic than other tables. Overall, the slow service combined with the automatic 20% gratuity was frustrating. Even if the food was good, there’s clearly no incentive for anyone to work faster or do things better when they automatically get those tips anyways.

Had an awful experience the cook was OK, but the food was not was asked and paid for extra vegetables and extra rice and did not receive asked for no mushrooms and mushrooms. And then, at the end of the night, their machine refused to accept my payment, which was available in the total balance, so I had to leave and find the ATM so that I can pull the money and pay for the mail. It was extremely embarrassing to say that I don’t have the money and I have to leave to go get cash to pay because your machine wouldn’t accept my payment, and it was my birthday and didn’t get the birthday ice cream.

First time at a Benihana. This location was aged and not the cleanest. Ceilings were dirty and quite dusty. The particular chef we had was very boring and didn’t do the usual fun hibachi show. The food was fair but could have been much better. Took our son for his 18th birthday and it certainly didn’t meet expectations, especially for the cost. We won’t be going back.

The service was exceptional, the server was very attentive. Food was great, especially the chateaubriand. The chef was very entertaining. I will be coming back soon.

For the last 10yrs we have brought our daughter here for her birthday this year was her 17th birthday dinner party of 9 reservations was at 7:15 everything was perfect until she forgot her Birthday Cards on the table not even 5min of us driving back home we realized we left her birthday cards. I right away called and Spoke to Ashley the Assistance Manager. I right away told her hey we were there 5min ago and my daughter left her birthday cards im On my way! To get it she right away tells me . There is nothing on the table everything’s has been thrown in the garbage. I tell her how do you know all this you are not even trying to help. I even told her we will go and check the garbage she said no. So i told her look idc if you or whoever took the money we just want the birthday cards. My family came from out of town to be here at my daughters birthday day dinner we spent over $600 and this is how you are dealing. She said look I’ll check the cameras and get back at you in 3min well 3 minutes passed I called back no answer. I decided to wait the next day and call in the morning spoke to a Thomas the Manager it’s already August 23rd and no call Back. Very disappointing all we wanted was the birthday cards back forget about the money these cards were from my daughters elderly grandparents ,aunts and cousins. As a business owner I would fired everyone from that shift how can you hired people like this. I would appreciate if i get a call back.

The food was fantastic and the chef entertainment was superb. I loved the sauces especially the yum yum sauce.

Wasn’t my first time going but it’s been a awhile since I went took someone special who never had hibachi and thought of this place overall they enjoyed everything from the drink to the food to the ambience and even the people I highly recommend it to others

We had a 7:00 reservation and didn’t eat until almost 9 pm! You had to wait downstairs a while before you were finally seated upstairs. The chef Louis did his best but he was very inexperienced and the show was mediocre! The order for the entire table was messed up! People were given other individuals portions of food! Due to all the confusion, we were definitely charged incorrectly and/or overcharged! You should expect your visit to be pricey but you should also expect to “get what you paid for”!
