Had a wonderful evening out with family and friends with Luis been our cook. He was fantastic with fun and laughter.

Chef didn't put on a show. Service sucked! Niece's order was forgotten. Order messed up. Horrible experience! Overpriced!!! I do not recommend 🤬

This is about our fourth time coming and for my birthday we had the same Chef I had the first time that we visited this location, always top-tier.

Waited two hours to be seated. Host was not friendly. Chef was totally boring and didn't put on a show. Waste of $200+ dollars. Will not be coming back.

The bar downstairs that they make you wait at for a table is completely empty and you are unable to get a drink while you wait. Very disappointing. The food was absolutely amazing. Every bite was perfect. Seasoned well and the beef was so tender. The service was a little slow, but I feel like that was due to them needing to hire more staff. Overall, we will be back, we will just have to stop for a before dinner drink somewhere else.

The food was great, especially the seafood. The server was very attentive. The drinks fantastic. Loved the chef entertainment!

We did have one member of our party arrive late and I understand why that delayed our seating. But from there, there was no urgency by any of the wait staff to get us our drinks or get going on our food. Our chef was also less energetic than other tables. Overall, the slow service combined with the automatic 20% gratuity was frustrating. Even if the food was good, there’s clearly no incentive for anyone to work faster or do things better when they automatically get those tips anyways.

Had an awful experience the cook was OK, but the food was not was asked and paid for extra vegetables and extra rice and did not receive asked for no mushrooms and mushrooms. And then, at the end of the night, their machine refused to accept my payment, which was available in the total balance, so I had to leave and find the ATM so that I can pull the money and pay for the mail. It was extremely embarrassing to say that I don’t have the money and I have to leave to go get cash to pay because your machine wouldn’t accept my payment, and it was my birthday and didn’t get the birthday ice cream.

First time at a Benihana. This location was aged and not the cleanest. Ceilings were dirty and quite dusty. The particular chef we had was very boring and didn’t do the usual fun hibachi show. The food was fair but could have been much better. Took our son for his 18th birthday and it certainly didn’t meet expectations, especially for the cost. We won’t be going back.
