Dorian was an amazing server and gave great recommendations. My issue was with the chef. We wanted the Benihana experience and went for the theatrics while cooking the meal. The chef just cooked the food. No show and he was dead silent the entire time. That killed the vibe for me and ruined our night out. This experience was not something I was expecting out of Benihana.

The chief completely ignored us and when giving my wife her order he gave half of it to another customer that did not order it. My steak was over salted and became inedible. I will not be coming back here again. Extremely disappointed since we have been to this chain in other places and excepting way better service.

The restaurant was not clean. Lots of trash scattered on floors. Service was good, chef was great, drinks had no alcohol in them, and food was portioned smaller than last we went, inflation, I guess. The show the chef puts on has not changed in many years, which may be time for a refresh.

Our waiter was great, we didn’t have to ask for anything she was on top of it all. Our Chef was full of energy and so funny. I love this location

The AC was not working so they had a plug-in units. Unfortunately, we were seated behind the AC so it was quit warm. The food was good but did not meat the expectation for the cost. Our chef made our night though as he was very interactive and kept us entertained throughout.
