Tables were not bused. We sat at the bar because table was not ready. Not a problem. Ignored at bar, had to wave bartender down. They kept forgetting our food, had to ask for sushi that was ordered before meal. Had to ask again for utensils. Never got drink refills. I understand being busy, but you expect a tip, please deliver good service and the basics which includes the food we ordered

Ordered two strawberry lemonade- they were so watery - Server even tried it and said oh no Ordered an adult beverage basically no liquor Ordered delight & ordered trio Rice was crunchy and barely got any veggies because someone wanted extra and it was their birthday . Server was slow- The people at the table were more of a vibe then the restaurant

The AC in our area didn't work most of the time. The staff had to keep draining the condensation from the broken pump and it spilled on one of the guests. The room was extremely hot and stuffy, not as much because of the grill but the lack of air movement and lack of AC. The food was okay, the chef did his best, but he struggled to get any help from the rest of the staff. There were no sauces, and the staff would not bring him the rest of the shrimp we should have gotten. He asked for help repeatedly, and got none. My expectations were a little higher.

We have visited this restaurant for many years on our anniversary, and by far this was the worst. Not sure if they are under new management or not. First there was an up charge of $8 for fried rice. The yum yum sauce was white. Salad was not good. Soup was ok. Chicken tasted more like Chinese chicken. So disappointed

Great spot on the strip and won’t break the bank. Good food and service. Spicy hibachi chicken was very good if like a little heat.
