The service and the show were amazing; however, the food was just okay. Two people ordered white rice, and it came out so late that the rest of their food was cold. One person in my party ordered his steak at a medium temperature, but his was the last to come off the table, and it was well done.

We had a great time it was myself and my husband with our three young children, our chef was amazing and made the experience fun for my birthday. Our waiter was also excellent and very attentive over all it was great

The chef was rude. He got confused with the order or did not know how to read the receipt. When I told him me and my sister were sharing, and that I had clearly told the waitress that, he looked at me in a rude way and proceeded to say “you should’ve told me before, I am the one who cooks” while pointing to his head like saying “its common sense “

I usually love Benihana's and was excited when this location opened up. I have been there three times. All three times were disappointing. On all three occasions we sat at the table and waited for our chef for over 30 min. The food on the second visit was good but poor the other two times. The chefs all three times seemed like they didn’t like their jobs. No energy, no showmanship, and not friendly at all. The hostess was leaning on the podium as we walked in and looked at me with disgust when I walked up. All three times were horrible. I wrote a email to corporate and it’s been over two weeks and I have not received a response from them. After the first bad experience I wanted to give it a second try, and the third time I didn’t want to go but the friends I was with did so we went. It’s obvious that the employees don’t care about the customers but also based on no response from corporate that they too don’t care. Not only won’t I go to this location I won’t be returning to any location.

It is always a hit or miss. Yesterday was a hit. Our waiter was great and our cook too. Kudos!

Carlos was the best chef!! He brought the energy and made sure our party was having a great time full of laughter and delicious food. He accommodated everyone’s preferences perfectly from rare to well done on the steaks. Thank you Carlos! Our waitresses were attentive and efficient. Appreciated them singing happy birthday for our guest of honor and bringing ice cream treat with a candle. We tried a few of the cocktails and mocktails and although they were a little on the sweet side thats how I like them so I didn’t mind.

I don’t remember our chef’s name, but he was Dominican and his energy was just great. Never enjoyed the show and dinner so much.

Took one hour from the time we were seated for the hibachi chef to start cooking, this was on a Wednesday night. Not even the weekend.
