The host was great set us down fast. However we waiting over an hour for the cook to come and cook. When the cook came the stovetop wasn’t on so we had to wait longer. He didn’t start cooking until around 8 o clock.

It was my partners birthday, her first time . We ordered our second drink and it was horrible the first one was good and it was the same drink I asked for it to be taken off. Also my cook made my chicken too tough and my zucchini was blended with my onions and I said i dnt like onions. My partner’s steak was a bit tough the rice was the best but besides that it was many the best experience on our food.

We waiting over an hour for the chef to arrive and it was extremely warm in the teppan room to the far right. We walked into the teppan room closest to the host stand it was cold! Just misery sitting there waiting for chef to come. Service was ok by waitress. She got “kid chopsticks” when I asked for them. She barely cleared dirty from where we sat. I got up to ask waitress when the chef was coming and she is as apologetic and of course when I walk back to my seat, the chef showed up. The manager followed me over and to let her know if there was anything else we needed. The waitress then did the same thing so I’m guessing they talked. I had a 5 and 7 year old with me and they were growing hungry and bored. Finally at 5:45 our chef showed up. Our reservation was at 4:30 pm. I know it takes extra time for these experiences but this seemed excessive. The soup was lukewarm, the chef wasn’t that experienced and barely did any cool tricks and we didn’t get the noodles and white rice we asked for. Overall it was a total let down as I was excited to take my nieces to their first teppan.

I had high hopes for this location but I left so disappointed! I was sat quickly but was walked all the way to the back walking thru I noticed there were alot of dirty tables. We got our drinks and the server came took our order then we sat for an hour and still didn’t have or see any cook coming to our table. The service was not very good while we sat there and waited. I have never waited so long or had such horrible service at a Benihana. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star

This was a last minute reservation. Our chef was Kelonnie he was a very nice and funny guy. He was aware of my allergy and made my dish first! Probably has been my favorite visit to any Benihana!

We had reservations and were seated after waiting 15 minutes for the hostess to get to the front desk. Once we were seated.. the counter top height of our table was way too high.. the our chins/faces could rest on the table top. The chairs were too low for the counter height. It was like a little kid eating at the adult table. Get the right height chairs for this cooktop. This is unnessary for paying customers to feel awkward eating.. at these prices. Our soup was luke warm.. so we were disappointed. The cook prepared our food and everything was good.

I came for my bday Monday night and I had Richard as the Chef. Richard did not seem like he wanted to be at work. I usually come to Benihanas for an excellent chef show. Richard did not interact and did nothing special besides cook. He seem very annoyed and he did not make my experience special. My waitress was good and on point.

Our reservation was made for 5:30 pm, we let the hostesses know that our whole party was there well before the 5:30 mark but we were not seated until 6pm. We asked a couple of times when we would be seated but the hostesses were so nonchalant about the wait. However, our chef Steven was AMAZING!! He was fun and attentive and had us laughing for the whole dinner. The food itself was delicious. Steven more than made up for our bad experience in the beginning which is why this location still gets the 5 stars.
