Our chef was one of the best ever. So fun loving with a warm personality and very inviting. He showed a lot of appreciation and love for everyone at the table. Our hostesses were always there and serviced us at every turn!

Disappointed, they appear to be understaffed. Had 6:30 reservations to celebrate a birthday last night. Checked in and received a text at 6:52 that our table was ready. Thought that maybe they were waiting for a table or another party at our table to arrive, but no, the other party was already there when we arrived and the table was empty the entire time. After we were seated, the chef didn't come to our table until after 7:30. When he arrived we were told that they didn't currently have dishes for the sauce and would bring them out as soon as possible. I finally received the dipping sauces about 5 minutes after my food was finished cooking, after I asked 3 times for it. Also, the restaurant was hot and humid. We literally sweated through the entire meal. Not the experience I was expecting from Benihana

I’m someone who eats here about 3-5 times a month and tonight was one of the most horrible experiences. I’m not sure if it’s because it was a holiday and things were busy but that’s still not an excuse to have horrible service. I would like to start with the food! The rice was very hard and tasted very old. I mentioned it to the chef and he told me “ do you want me soy sauce” i politely told him i don’t believe sauce would change the fact that it’s hard and he didn’t respond. So once the server came i mentioned it to her and she said I’m sorry about that and i will get you the manager. I waited about 20 mins and still no manager. I ordered a Benihana delight and the chef forgot my colossal shrimp and when he went to retrieve them he dropped a shrimp and asked was it okay or would i like for him to get another one and i said yes and which he didn’t seem to happy about but still went to get it. He also didn’t cut them so i asked could he and he chopped them one time and tossed it on my plate. I said before you started cooking i said i wanted them cook well which they weren’t then he said because they were already on my plate he couldn’t cook them anymore because of health reasons which i never heard before. So not only was my rice old and hard my shrimp wasn’t cooked the way i wanted them which caused me not to eat. I paid for my meal and when the waitress asked how was everything i told her terrible however explained to her that it wasn’t her fault so i stilled tipped her because it was out it her control. She mentioned she told the manager about the issue and he probably was busy which caused him not to come. Still isn’t an excuse for a manager to not come and check with his customer. I love this restaurant but I’m highly disappointed in the service that was rendered tonight and i will probably be taking a break or looking for another location with better service.

We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday, dinner party of seven. The cook was great and The server was really nice. My one negative remark Would be that although my children ordered flavored lemonade, she did not bring any additional water for them to drink. She also brought refills that they did not asked for .Because they are flavored lemonades those refills are an additional charge. I basically paid for drinks to just sit there

Out chef cooked the eggs too long and the rice was a little crunchy. Everything else was good.

As always the service and good is always amazing. Sara our cook is always a please and you can tell she loves what she does. Heidi our server was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our dinner perfect.

Precious was my cook and she did an AMAZING JOB! However the waiter was really slow and forgot to bring out alot of things I ordered. My husband and I was celebrating out anniversary and if it wasn't for Precious my anniversary dinner would have been ruined.
