We have a reservation at 6:30pm and we’re seated at 7:30pm. They don’t even quote you a wait time when you arrive. Some BS excuses about how busy they are and can’t tell the wait time and running behind. Gary one of the mangers there has the worst attitude, dismissive and disrespectful. This is just unacceptable. The worse part is they they try to normalize it by saying of this happens all the time with other restaurants, it is like we have never been in one. They need to get their act together

We were seated quickly, the service was good and chef was entertaining. The noise level is high but also to be expected when going to a hibachi place. Overall would go back!

While the food was good and the show that comes with it was really entertaining, we had to wait an hour to get the table we MADE A REAERVATION FOR. The front house guy was extra rude and I really question whether he should have that function as his attitude was unacceptable. When I went to ask how much longer we would have to wait for the table that we had reserved after 30 minutes of waiting patiently, he said that if i don’t like to wait that much I can always eat at the bar. Will not be coming back to be treated this way.

Experiencing this place during the holiday season was very nice decorations and scenery. Just made the whole experience even more.

We loved our experience and especially our chef Sergio was outstanding. He gave special attention to our toddler and the food was amazing! We will be back!

8pm reservation on Saturday night. Was told they were 40 mins behind. Got seated at 9:35pm. Waited almost another hour for chef to show up. Was 11:00pm before we got food. We walked out an 8:00pm reservation at 11:50pm. Hostess desk was overwhelmed. Management was clueless. Bad experience.

Even with a reservation we waited nearly 2 hours to get seated and get our food.

Good food, great show by the chef but completely overshadowed by 1hr 15 minute wait for a table after making a reservation, little to no communication as to when we would be seated and not even a free drink for the inconvenience
