Sergio was great! He brought out some new tricks we hadn’t seen before which was so refreshing!

Our waiter knew nothing about the menu and could offer no help. We had to tell what came with a kids meal. My daughter wanted the California roll kids meal, but instead of hibachi veggies, she just wanted double rice. When we got the roll, it had only crab in it. When we asked why, he said we ordered no veggies. I am serious. This was just one of the many problems with the meal 🤦🏼‍♀️

They were under staffed our food came out all wrong manager was very rude.

We had a great time! Kenneth was our server and was very nice and attentive. My toddler was falling asleep and my husband took him back before dinner was over so Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure we could take all our leftovers with us, including our soup! Our chef was great. Very funny, although he did struggle remembering one customer’s “no butter” restriction but still made it right. Overall, an enjoyable experience minus the cranky toddler.

We love Benihana the food was delicious and the service was great but it took over an hour for the chef to come out and start which was longer than we’ve usually waited at a Benihana. Overall this is an upscale Benihana that’s well worth a visit if you are a fan of teppanyaki and hibachi.

We waited over 2 hours for our food and for the chef to show up. Two people at our table talked to management/a manager about the excessive wait and they were apathetic, cold, and dismissive of our concerns. A table who got seated AFTER us got a chef/food before us. Management didn’t even give us any discounts or free items despite the wait. We will never return back to the location.

The plates and sauce holders were dirty. I am not happy with a dirty place. Other than that, the food came out good.

Waited over an hour and a half and we had a reservation. No updates we were just waiting. After being seated we had to wait 30 more minutes before the cook came. Our server Maria was great but the overall experience was trash. Won’t be back
