Waited too long for our food. This also happened the last time we were there and it was explained that the take out orders are done first. Not acceptable. We sat in the bar area not at a Hibachi table

Finally made it here to use my birthday certificate that was extended from last month. Found parking right away in front of the entrance. Hostess was missing and the phones are super dusty but greeted by pleasant waitresses who sat us right away. Not busy on Labor Day. We ordered hot sake for two and spicy chicken dumplings. Dumplings were not hot when they came out but so delicious I had to hang on to the sauce it came with. Salad with ginger dressing and onion soup comes with entree. The garlic butter that is sautéed with the fried rice smells heavenly but the grilled onions burned my eyes. The purple party colada was refreshing. Pineapple and rum with every sip. The seafood Diablo did not disappoint. Huge shrimp, scallops and calamari with udon noodles in creamy spicy sauce. Flavors just melt in your mouth and it's enough to take some home for later. Our lovely waitress was super attentive and make sure we did not lack anything.

It was extremely loud in the restaurant. Server was very nice but disappeared quite often. The other family we sat with had to get up and find her to finally checkout

Our server Stephanie was great and chef Gabe were great. The overall experience however was not good. This was a celebration of mine and my sisters birthday and I made us a reservation for 7 and didn’t get seated until 7:45 and had to wait in a very crowded area at the bar where we waited for 20 more minutes to finally get a drink. The bartender was rude and they didn’t have anything we wanted. When we were seated we had to wait a long time to get our food. It was pretty disappointing as I had birthday plans after I had to cancel. Love Benihana but it was not what we had hoped for.

Horrible customer service ! The waiter barely came to check on us. I made the reservation at 7pm but couldn’t get a table until 8:15pm. And the chef didn’t show up until 9pm. They made mistakes on our bills and made us wait for almost half an hour to correct it. The chef's performance was OK, not great like another hibachi that we went to. The food was so plain. Overall it wasn’t a good experience. Feel like we just have to wait and wait. Wasting my money !!!

Always love Benihana and have been to several locations. The Boca Raton location is nice. Lots of families and small children. It was a fun dinner and the food was delicious. I did get pretty smoky but that’s to be expected. Will go back again.
